First month

If you are not satisfied with your first month of any plan, request a refund within [14] days of the first charge and we will refund it in full.

Renewals

Renewal charges are generally non-refundable; cancel any time in the billing portal to stop future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Credit packs

Unused credit packs can be refunded within [14] days of purchase if no credits from the pack were used.

Failed jobs

If a generation job fails, its credit is returned automatically.
